Mobile Stairlift Returns & Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your stairlift, you may return it within 30 days of delivery according to the terms below.


7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide your stairlift isn’t right for you within 7 days of delivery, you can return it for a full refund — no restocking fee and no hassle.

Requirements:

  • The stairlift must be in new condition with no visible damage or excessive wear.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • The return must be shipped out by Day 8 after delivery (transit time does not count).
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request for a fee.

Returns from Day 8 to Day 30

If more than 7 days have passed but you’re still within 30 days of delivery, you can still return your stairlift.

Requirements:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • The stairlift must be in new condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request for a fee.

Final Sale Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Refurbished or “Like New” stairlifts.
  • Individually purchased batteries or chargers.

How to Return Your Stairlift

  1. Contact Us — Submit the return form or call our support team to begin the return process.
  2. Receive Authorization — We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with packing and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Safely — Repack the stairlift in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable carrier, or request pickup service.
  4. Refund Processing — Once the stairlift is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
