Price Match Policy
Recover At Home will match or beat the lowest online price on our products.
If you find a lower advertised price for the same product on another eligible online retailer, we will beat it by $50 on products priced over $2,000.
To qualify, you must provide proof of the lower price (such as a screenshot, invoice, or email).
Our Commitment
We work hard to ensure we offer some of the best prices available online. If you find a qualifying lower price after your purchase, we will refund the difference so you can feel confident you’re getting the best possible value.
Price Match Requirements & Limitations
- The item must be purchased from Recover At Home before submitting a price match request
- The competitor’s item must be identical and in stock
- The competitor must be an online-only retailer (no physical retail locations)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product
- The price match includes item price and shipping, but excludes sales tax
- Promotional offers such as rebates, bundle deals, or buy-one-get-one-free offers are not eligible
- Auction sites or discount marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.) are excluded
- Special once-a-year promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday are excluded

Final Approval
Price match requests are subject to internal review. If honoring a price match would result in a loss, Recover At Home reserves the right to make the final decision on approval.
