Warranty Policy
Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies to physical goods purchased directly from mobile‑stair‑lift’s official websites. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Coverage Details
- Frame & Welds: Lifetime warranty — If the structural frame or welds fail during normal use, we will repair or replace them at no cost.
- Motors & Wheels: Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase — includes drive motors and wheels if they stop functioning properly.
- Batteries: Covered for six (6) months from the date of purchase — applies if the stairlift loses power or fails to maintain power due to a faulty battery.
- All Mechanical Assemblies: Covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase — includes gears, braking systems, and other essential moving parts.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.
- Unauthorized modifications or repair attempted by someone not authorized by us.
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, dents, superficial damage).
- Improper storage, handling, or maintenance.
How to Get Warranty Service
- Contact our customer support team to describe the issue and request evaluation.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning or servicing the product.
- After assessment, if the product or part is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge under the terms above.
