We’re an authorized dealer for all brands listed on this page. If your product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, it’s honored—and we’ll help coordinate the claim.
Not all products include a manufacturer warranty. If coverage is important to you, please reach out before ordering. We’ll confirm what’s available, and help you choose the right option.
If Your Product Is Covered
You’re in good hands. Here’s how we help:
- Warranty stays intact: You’re buying from an authorized source.
- We coordinate: You tell us what’s wrong, and we open the claim with the brand.
- They decide: The manufacturer reviews the info and chooses to repair, replace, or ship parts.
Most warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship (not wear, damage, or misuse). Coverage terms vary by brand—see the list below or ask us directly.
If Your Product Is Not Covered
Even if there’s no formal warranty, we’re still here to help:
- Need support? We’ll offer education-only troubleshooting, parts help, or a replacement recommendation.
What Warranties Typically Cover (Plain English)
- Broken welds, faulty motors, or electronics that fail during normal home use
- Usually valid for the original purchaser during the brand’s stated term
What They Usually Don’t Cover
- Wear-and-tear parts (pads, slings, upholstery, etc.)
- Cosmetic scratches, misuse, accidents, water damage, improper assembly
- Any service (white-glove, install) or 3rd-party mods

- Submit a short form with your order #, issue, and contact info
- Add photos/video—or book a live support call
- We handle the rest and update you as the manufacturer decides
🕒 Timelines vary—most decisions take 2–7 business days after we send all info.
Tip: Keep your original packaging and serial number if your product was freight-delivered.
