Why We Offer This

After discharge, many families are left guessing. Clinical instructions are confusing, and small issues feel overwhelming when you're on your own. We created the RN Care Concierge™ to give you plain-English, compassionate support—so you feel reassured, not abandoned.

It’s not medical care. It’s human help from someone who understands what you’re facing and can coach you through the uncertainty.


What It Is

A callback service included with select kits. You can text or call a registered nurse for help understanding your setup, using your transfer kit safely, and spotting red flags—all in plain English.

This is education-only support. We don’t diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions. But we’ll help you feel more confident using your kit at home.

What We Can Help With (Education-Only)

Our RNs can walk you through common challenges, such as:

  • What to expect the first week at home (routines, pacing, safety basics)
  • How to set up for night-time bathroom trips or safe transfers
  • Plain-English walkthroughs of your 48-Hour Home Checklist
  • When to pause and contact your clinician (non-diagnostic red-flag awareness)
  • Where to find help with delivery, exchanges, or PT calls
  • Starting a Fit-Right™ Exchange if your equipment isn’t a good fit

What We Don’t Do

We do not provide medical care. This includes:

  • Diagnoses or treatment advice
  • Medication changes or clinical decisions
  • Emergency assessments or in-home coordination

How It Works (Simple)

1. Find your private RN Care Concierge™ number
After your order (Better/Best Kits), we’ll text and email you a private callback number. It’s not listed publicly—save it.

2. Text or call from your order phone
Text:
Send “RN + your order # + best callback window + your question”
Call:
Dial the number and enter your order # and shipping ZIP when prompted.

3. We call you back
An RN returns your call within 1 business day, usually the same day if received during callback hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm PT).

4. We help or hand off
If needed, we’ll direct you to the right guide, book your PT Setup Call (Better/Best), or help with Fit-Right™ Exchange.

  • Callback Goal: Same-day if received within hours, otherwise next business day

FAQs

Is this medical advice?
No. It’s education-only support to help you use your equipment safely. We don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

Can the RN change our care plan or medications?
No. Only your medical provider can do that.

How fast are callbacks?
We aim for same business day if the message is received during hours. Otherwise, you’ll hear from us by the next business day.

What should I have ready when I call?
Your order number, your question, and any quick notes on your setup (doorway width, bed height) if it’s fit-related.

Can I continue support after 45 days?
We’ll point you to other options when your plan ends. Session-based support may be available for purchase.


Privacy & Compliance (Plain English)

Our RNs provide education-only support. They do not replace your medical team or make clinical decisions. If needed, they’ll refer you to your provider or 911. We only collect minimal info to look up your order—no photos or personal health data are required.
