  • We handle the logistics — return labels, pickups, and clear next steps.
  • Keep your momentum with cross-shipping available on bundles (replacement sent before return arrives) via refundable card hold.
  • Private Fit Check, no photos needed — just a 2-minute guided form with doorway width, bed height, and flooring details.

This is an exchange program, not a refund program. Designed to keep your setup on track, not restart the entire process.


Why We Offer This
Even with measurements, things can go wrong: a chair doesn’t fit the doorway, a sling feels unsafe, or a belt isn’t the right size.

We offer the Fit-Right™ Exchange because you shouldn’t feel stuck when something critical doesn’t fit. One free exchange within 30 days means you can move forward without the fear of wasting money or compromising safety. It’s our way of saying:
“You don’t have to get it perfect the first time—we’ll help you make it right."


What’s Covered

Eligible for Fit-Right™ Exchange

  • Sit-to-Stand lifts (electric/manual/bariatric)
  • Transfer + commode chairs
  • Core mobility aids (slings, slide boards, gait belts)
  • Any transfer-critical item in your bundle

🚫 Not Eligible

  • Services (White Glove, installation – once scheduled)
  • Consumables (e.g., liners once opened)
  • Custom/special-order items restricted by the manufacturer
  • Non-transfer items unless unopened and permitted

How It Works (No Photos Required)

1. Start the Exchange
Visit our [Fit-Right™ Exchange Portal] and choose “Fit-Right Exchange.”
You’ll need your order #.

2. Run the 2-Minute Fit Check
Just measure:

  • Narrowest doorway
  • Tightest turn
  • Bed height
  • Threshold step
  • Flooring type
    No tape? Two letter-size pages = ~17"; three = ~25.5"

3. We Recommend the Best Fit
Our rules suggest the right replacement (Compact/Narrow-Base STS, Bariatric version, etc.)

4. We Send Labels / Schedule Pickup
Return label for parcel items, freight pickup for larger lifts.

5. We Ship the Replacement

  • Standard: Ships once the original is in transit
  • Best (Bundle Perk): Cross-ships immediately with refundable card hold (up to $500)

6. You're Back on Track
Unbox, confirm fit, and continue your setup with guides + PT coaching (if included).


Conditions to Keep In Mind

  • One exchange per order, within 30 days
  • Item must be clean, undamaged, complete
  • Original box needed for LTL/freight returns (or $150 repack fee applies)
  • Excessive damage or wear may disqualify an item

Refunds follow the manufacturer's policy. Used/opened items are not guaranteed for refund. We’ll show your product’s exact policy before confirming.


Quick FAQs

How fast is the swap?
Labels go out same day. Parcel = 2–5 days. Freight swaps take longer. Bundles can cross-ship same day with card hold.

Doorway under 26–28″?
We’ll likely recommend a Compact STS or Bathroom Transfer setup. Use the Fit Check and call us if unsure.

Lost the original freight box?
We can help—just a $150 repack fee applies.

Is Fit-Right™ free?
Your first exchange is included. We cover the replacement shipping + returns. Fees apply only if the item is damaged or missing original packaging.

What if the second item still doesn’t work?
We’ll coach you through setup (education-only). A second exchange isn’t included, but we’ll explore options.

Can I return a service?
No. White Glove and installation services are non-refundable once scheduled.
