🔄 What You’ll See

When you track your order, you'll get real-time updates on:

  • Where your order is: preparing, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered
  • Carrier details: with a direct tracking link (parcel or freight/LTL)
  • Estimated delivery window: based on current carrier data
  • White-Glove Setup (if selected): earliest window we’re working to coordinate
  • Split shipments: lifts and accessories may arrive at different times

Common Questions

Q: My tracking hasn’t updated yet.
A: Carriers may take 24–48 hours to scan. If it stalls longer, we’ll follow up on your behalf.

Q: It says delivered, but I don’t see it.
A: Check all entry points, ask a neighbor, and look for delivery notes. For freight, there may be a door tag or voicemail.

Q: How does freight/LTL delivery work?
A: Freight requires a scheduled appointment and an adult present.
Keep the original packaging — it protects your Fit-Right™ Exchange option.

Q: What’s included in White-Glove / In-Home Placement?
A: Where available, a two-person team will:

  • Bring your item to your room of choice
  • Unpack and do basic assembly
  • Remove packaging

No patient handling is included.
